PRIME CARERS ASSOCIATION incorporated is managed by professional social workers who provide quality one-on-one in home or residential care for the elderly and specialized assistance for anyone who is unable to wholly look after themselves. PRIME CARERS ASSOCIATION carries out its services through collaboration and in partnership with medical practitioners. Our caregivers are by your side, in your sight, and within hearing range at all times while at work. They are there to help you with your needs. Our services can be done in a confidential and more secure manner.
Consumers of our services will be those
individuals and families in need of home health care and/or social
services. Charity organizations and Government agencies have done well in providing food items etc for these vulnerable members of the society but the
question still remains, who assist this group of people in organizing and
preparing the food into a nutritious substance for a healthy living? Who
supervise to ensure these items are not mismanaged by family members or
friends? Who guides these people on how to utilize resources provided? PRIME
CARERS ASSOCIATION is the answer to these questions.
These patients are usually referred by other health care professionals such as physicians, attorneys, insurance companies and health care facilities. Our association has already developed an excellent reputation with many of these professionals. Having professional standards, ethics and core values at the heart of our service delivery, we provide social services to care homes especially for the elderly and Nursing Homes. Respect, empathy, passion and compassion are our cornerstone.
We are a major provider of flexible, temporary workforce for care services. Our team of dedicated coordinators, based at local branches across South East Nigeria works with charities, public and private sectors to ensure the delivery of highest standards of care at all times. Apart from sourcing, training and placing caregivers with care receivers who need them in rural and urban areas, we carry out outreach programs to grassroots. These programs include advocacy and awareness on contemporary social problems like Gender Based Violence, HIV, Early marriage, Teenage pregnancy and Substance abuse.
TEAM AND OFFICIAL DUTIES
Field Supervisors are available 24/7 for all clients’ needs, to supervise and coordinate client care. They are also responsible for training, recruiting, scheduling and matching caregivers with clients. They oversee clients’ care, ensuring the highest standard of professionalism from all members of the care team is met. He or she works directly with families to make sure clients are happy over the course of our service, perform a comprehensive in-person evaluation and create a care plan that will best serve the needs of the client. Field Supervisor also coordinate between medical professionals (Nurses, Physiotherapist etc) and maintain clear lines of communication to the family.
Our caregivers are highly experienced, thoroughly trained and personally committed to their clients. We offer caregivers with a diversity of experience and skills. We are able to expertly match the right caregiver to each client’s needs and personal preferences.
Caregivers are employees of PRIME CARERS ASSOCIATION. We manage our caregivers’ taxes and workers’ compensation so you do not need to worry over that. As a responsible association, we ensure safety of our team members and that of our client.
